Definitions
National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): brazilian public administration body responsible for overseeing, implementing and supervising compliance with the LGPD throughout the national territory.
General Data Protection Law (LGPD): it is brazilian legislation whose main objective is to protect the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the natural person's personality. It is also focused on the creation of a legal security scenario, with the standardization of regulations and practices to promote the protection of the personal data of every citizen in Brazil, in accordance with existing international parameters.
Cookies: are small simple text files that websites store in your browser to save your preferences and settings. For example, when you access a website for the first time that uses cookies, this website sends a text file with your preferences to your browser, such as: region from which you are accessing, your email address, language chosen, colors, products you might like based on your research etc. When you access the site again, your browser will send this file to the site, this way your settings and preferences will be applied automatically without you having to configure everything again (unless you want to).

In the event of deletion, I reserve the right to choose the deletion procedure used that guarantees security and prevents data recovery.
Right to revoke consent: the holder is entitled to revoke his consent. However, it should be noted that this will not affect the legality of any treatment carried out prior to withdrawal. In the event that consent is revoked, it may not be possible to provide certain services. This being the case, the holder will be informed.
Objection: the holder may object to the treatment carried out based on one of the cases of waiver of consent, if there is non-compliance with the provisions of the LGPD.

The data filled in the contact form is stored on the servers of Hostinger, company which was contracted to host this site.

I reinforce my commitment to employ appropriate technical and organizational measures in dealing with personal data and to make efforts to protect the personal data of the holders against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, unauthorized sharing, among other hypotheses.
It is noteworthy that the data filled in the contact form receive an extra layer of security, as they are encrypted before being sent to the server. In other words, if a man-in-the-middle attack occurs, the attacker will not be able to see the content of the message that travels over the network.
